We offer a completely free initial assessment visit.

 

Following our initial assessment visit we will provide you with a detailed proposal on how best to optimise your property’s value, with alternative options based on budget and time-scale.  Depending on the state of your property our proposal may involve little more than a decorative makeover.  For other properties some light building work such as a replacement kitchen and bathroom may be required or for others there may be great potential in reconfiguring or adding to the existing space.  All works will be drawn up in detail, and will be presented for your approval along with scheme boards for the decorative finishes.  You can be as involved as you wish in this process…  Some clients prefer to stand back and let us transform their property without taking up any of their time, attending only at the end for sign off, other clients like to be more involved and help choose fittings and finishes.  It is entirely up to you.  We are here to take the stress of renovation away from you.

 

Couch will implement a detailed Project phase plan, optimising contractors time and expertise on site, carrying out regular site visits to ensure works are staying on program and are being carried out to the high standards Couch demand.  Couch provide weekly progress reports including site images and budget updates direct to your inbox, but we are equally happy to meet you on-site at any time during the process to talk you through the works.

 

Couch Property only use CHAS and Construction Line approved contractors who have all been CRB checked, have adequate public liability insurance and most importantly, have been personally vetted by the Couch team.

 

Completion on site is a two stage process with a thorough snagging procedure carried out by Couch followed by your invitation to sign off the project.  At this stage Operation and Maintenance manuals are provided to you as well as all regulatory certificates to provide complete peace of mind.
